Start the New Year greeting the Sun at the top of the Bump n Grind trail with Sun Qi Gong. All who are interested in getting up and doing a little hike are welcome to join us. You don't need any background in Qi Gong. This event is our gift. I will meet anyone interested at the trail head. It is on the road behind Target where Fred Warring ends. We will start our accent at 6:20am. Dress in layers so you can be warm, but shed if you start generating a lot of heat.
