GET IN SHAPE, HAVE FUN....BELLYDANCE Belly dance has been universally embraced for the young and young at heart for its incredible benefits to the body. New Monday night beginner class. Weekly 7-8 pm This class will cover popular authentic belly dance moves which will be incorporated into choreographed dances. No experience required, coin hip scarves are provided for the class! Wear comfortable Yoga style clothing and socks or bare feet is fine!
