Sunday Silence Out beyond ideas of wrong doing and right doing there is a field. IÃÂ'll meet you there. When the soul lies down in that grass, the world is too full to talk about. Ideas, language, even the phrase each other doesnÃÂ't make any sense. Rumi Translated by Coleman Barks This is an invitation to simply sit in silence together. It can be a time of rest, discovery, and awakening. We will hold the space for silence and stillness to reveal their gifts to us, like stars appearing in the darkness. This is not a guided meditation or class. No experience is necessary, only an interest and desire to explore what arises when we quiet down. There will be 2 twenty minute sitting sessions with a short break between the two to stretch, walk, and go to the restroom. During the break we will remain silent and mindful to allow the second session to take us deeper into ourselves. There will be an opportunity to speak and share our experience together afterward. Day & Time: 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month 3:00 ÃÂ- 4:00 pm Please arrive at 3:00. The door will be locked and the first session will begin at 3:10. Location: Soothe Your Soul, 20 Hudson St, Oxford [masked] Fee: By donation Contact Person: Amy Pearson [masked]
