Catholic Education Foundation "Inspiring Women 2012 Luncheon"

CEF is hosting the "Inspiring Women 2012 Luncheon" promoting the power of Career, Education and Faith and featuring five amazing speakers, to include Collins Tuohy & "Miss Sue" Mitchell from the Oscar winning movie The Blind Side. There will be an optional Q&A session with our speakers following the luncheon.

Collins’ journey with Michael Oher (NFL Ravens #74) from fellow student, to close friend, to adoptive sister as depicted in The Blind Side, will open your eyes to the value of a faith-filled education.

Miss Sue’s dedication as a tutor to Michael Oher, resulting in his GPA rising from .6 in high school to a 3.75 deans list recognition in college, will make you believe in miracles for any disadvantaged youth.

Peggy’s Catholic commitment to “family first”, coupled with extensive involvement in local leadership and community causes will expand your sense of what it really means to “give back”.

Bonnie and Teresa’s experiences bonding as Catholic school “room moms” and then turning a shared love of jewelry into a global corporation and a passion for philanthropy will inspire you to pursue your own dreams.
