Nordic Pole Balance Walking Meetup

This is a Nordic Pole walking club for anyone at any level of fitness. Nordic Walking has been a fitness craze in Europe for many years, but most of us have been too afraid of being the first one in the park walking with Ski Poles and no Snow! That is why I am starting this group because I believe that everyone will benefit with this low-impact excercise. My wife and I own Foot Solutions in Orland Park and we are dedicated to giving back to the community by offering free classes with a Certified Nordic Walking Instructor every Friday at 9:30 a.m. starting 9/19/2008.
