Please join Lisa McDonald RYT with YogaFix Orlando for a rejuvenating Monday evening Hatha Flow class. Every Monday we will strengthen muscles and bones, bring flexibility to the body and relax the mind through meditation.
Located at the corner of Colonial and Mills, the large green building, 2nd floor. Plenty of FREE parking! Great prices for a weekly downtown class! New Holistic facility in a relaxing atmosphere. Please bring your own mat.
