Waterford lakes run

When: 8am Where: To the RIGHT side of Target at Waterford Lakes Town Center. For all my East side Orlando runners. Better come out! What: Four and some change mile down and back, which is kinda closer to 5 if I remember from the cupcake run. It is very very simple. If I don't get lost, no one will. There is also an 8 mile loop which just adds a little neighborhood loop towards the end. Just make sure that no one is by themselves and we are all good. Why: It's healthy and fun Who: Orlando Runners, hope to meet some of those who haven't made it out yet. This is a great little run. How: There will be follow up breakfast and coffee at Panera bread or Barnies. I will let you guys decide. My vote is Panera because they have a very delicious Power protein sandwich. YUM!
