
Join Guerilla Running for our Fall 2012 Marathon & Half Marathon Training program! Fifteen and 12-week programs for the Seattle Marathon & Half Marathon on November 25. Training for a marathon or a half marathon takes persistence, commitment, and science. Knowing how to work with the body's physiology is critical to running your best distance race. GR programs are designed to make each mile count, to ensure you are encouraging the necessary changes in your body.
