Two orphaned brothers live together in a shabby house in North Philly. Phillip, wild yet innocent, stays indoors endlessly watching TV. Older brother Treat is a streetwise puink who supports the two by petty thievery. When Treat brings home a drunken rich guy hopig for a big score, he fails to realize that his "score" is really a con artist on the lam. What ensues is a rich tapestry of drama and comedy that alights on the basic human need for belonging.
