50 miles of mountain biking, 25 miles of trekking/orienteering & 15 miles of kayaking/canoeing, plus a 120' rappel

Solo's, 2 person, 3 person & 4 person teams will race 85 to 90 miles across the beautiful & rugged Laurel Mountains of south western Pennsylvania. 50 miles of mountain biking on single track, quad trails, rail trails & back roads. 25 miles of trekking & orienteering & 15 miles of canoeing or kayaking on flat water up to class II, as well as an optional 120' rappel. * 3 PERSON CO-ED TEAM THAT WINS WILL RECEIVE $400.00 TOWARD USARA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP ENTRY FEE AND EACH 3 PERSON CO-ED TEAM, WINNING MEMBER, WILL RECEIVE FREE USARA LOGO GO-LITE ADVENTURE RACING JACKET *Over $1,000 in gear prizes from our sponsors will be available to racers. *Awards given to the top 3 teams in each category. *Must be 3 teams in a category to be competitive. Athletes will receive technical wear / bike jersey's, color maps, clue sheets & passports, quality boats, double bladed paddles & PFD's. *Athletes can use their own paddles & PFD's but they are responsible to transport them to & from transition.
