We'll start off with the Shamanic exercises led by Tracy, which will get our blood pumping and energy going. After that we'll enjoy another Yoga of Light video by Sharon Rose. At the end we can discuss what we would like to do/learn in the Priestess group. I have plenty of ideas but I would love to hear your thoughts as well.
