Introduction to Chakras -- A Four-Week Information and Meditation Course. In these workshops you will enhance your awareness about your chakras, and learn to balance, align and enhance your energy centers. In addition to getting a basic understanding of your chakras, we will do a chakra mediation each week. These workshops are offered on Saturdays in the month of November -- Nov 7,14, 21, 28. Cost is $30.00 for Nov. 7, 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. The other three classes are $15.00 each, 10:30 to 11:30 am.
