It's not to early to begin your workout routine. 2010 is right around the corner. Why don't you come out on Saturday mornings and do some fun, functional, Bootcamp style workouts with Former Air Force Physical Trainer Leader and Certified Fitness Coach Retired SMSgt Brian K. Bailey, USAF. This will be a great event! Bring your Water, a Workout Mat, Your Towel and a lot of Energy. This is a Fit Tyme Production Event. Special Guest to include - Team Transformation (Specializing in Weight Loss through Healthy and Natural Nutrients) Over $900 in Gifts and Prized will be given out!
