, 2008 Harbor Drive North, Oceanside, CA 92054. 760-722-1561. Exit I-5 at Harbor Dr in North Oceanside. Follow Harbor Dr to Harbor Dr North. Turn right and continue along harbor, past Jolly Roger Restaurant to the Oceanside Marina Inn at the end of Harbor Dr North. 20% discount to walkers staying at the Oceanside Marina Inn, Oceanside's Only Seaside Resort. Studio, 1 & 2 Bedroom Suites, and Fully Equipped Kitchens available. Event Description: Daily, dawn to dusk. Walk along the harbor perimeter, beach and beach-front, city sidewalks, to the end of the Oceanside Pier and back. There are numerous restaurants along the route, in all price ranges.
