      Comedy at the Grove is back with a hilarious night! Special guest Matthew Tate will be co-headlining the show with The Knox By Night Band, featuring D. Gantt Moore and your host for the evening Alexis Clayton. As always doors will be open at 7:00 PM and concessions will be available for purchase in the lobby. You must be 18 to enter. Headliner Matthew Tate Matthew Tate is a St. Louis native comedian based out of Huntsville, AL, and is the founder, host and producer of TGIM Comedy, Huntsville's longest-running headlined comedy show. His debut album, "I Drink, Therefore I Am" was released in 2016 and is available on iTunes, Amazon, Google Play and Spotify. Tate has performed in various clubs, bars, and theaters across the Southeast and Midwest over the last 6 years, and has featured for the likes of Portlandia's Kristine Levine and Ian Harris, and hosted, opened for or shared showcase spots with Tim Northern, Jenn Snyder, Dulce Sloan, Dusty Slay, Carlos Valencia, and others. He has appeared two separate years on the Broken Record Comedy Show, part of Nashville's Wild West Comedy Festival. The Knox by Night Band The Knox By Night Band are what "Weird Al" Yankovic would sound like if he had a substance abuse problem. Blending original and parody comedy songs with stand up and prop comedy, Chris, Buford and Patrick put on a unique show you won't soon forget. Featuring D. Gantt Moore Like a preacher raised by aliens, Gantt Moore brings an absurd nuanced perspective on the sacred and the mundane. Hell drag you through the gentrified neighborhoods of hell and back with his tailored sharp wit, and also talk about masturbation. Special Guests Lance Adams Josh Arnold Host Alexis Clayton The illegitimate child of Jon Bon Jovi (if her mothers groupie stories are as wild as she says), a one time spelling bee champion, and once described as a peculiar child that might do better in homeschooling.
