At this monthly breakfast get-together, we'll learn about each other while exploring topics from different presenters that can support both our, and our client's, well being. Location: Z Cafe and Bar - Oakland, CA Date: Thursday, November 12th Time: 9:00am - 11:00am Fee: $20 - includes a full breakfast The topic for this month's event is Spiritual Evolution and Embracing Change as We Step Into the Unknown. Many of us are aware of a huge shift that we are moving through. And, with this, we are being asked to grow in ways we may not have imagined for ourselves. For some of us, this can be a difficult time of letting go of old ways of Being as we step into the new--the unknown. For others, a new stream of information is rapidly pouring in, which we must learn to work with. This shift in mindset can require us to change our belief systems into something that is still forming. Stacy Vajta, from Expanded Pathways, will guide us in a discussion about this evolutionary shift in which we are in the midst of, and how we can each learn to embrace the changes which are being asked of us. She has a practice in Oakland, focusing on energy healing and coaching, craniosacral therapy, somatic process work and more.
