Tai Chi with Joseph Acquah

This class is for all levels - some are advanced, some of us are just starting out, so don't feel intimidated at all! Tai Chi is a series of slow, graceful, rhythmic exercises designed to increase circulation throughout the body, improve balance, and calm the mind. By increasing the free flow of energy to your whole being, Tai Chi works to restore the balance and harmony between your physical, mental and spiritual natures. Your first/introductory class is FREE. After that it's $60/month if you take one class per week, or $80/month if you take 2 classes per week.
