Eating raw while away from home can be a challenge whether your travel is around town or around the globe. But, it can be done! This one-hour long class will be packed with travel tips for any excursion, long or short. You will learn: How to prepare yourself for travel What foods and supplies are most essential How to eat well, even in a hotel room How to happily continue your raw food habits in someone else's cooked food kitchen New recipes to keep your energy going This class will meet at Cafe Gratitude (inside Whole Foods Market) in Oakland 6:00-7:00pm Registration is $20 Pre-registration is encouraged.
