The dramatically rambunctious, Dance Brigade presents a new multi-media dance drama based on the Tibetan Book of the Dead. Artistic Director Krissy Keefer and collaborating artists create a moving and compelling piece that engages the audience emotionally and intellectually. The dream-like projections unfold in predictable ways both frightening and beautiful. They transform the stage from the celestial pure land, to the fiery hell realms to the land of the hungry ghost. With an incredible cast of performers, she follows the passage laid out in Tibetan tradition from death until reincarnation. The extraordinary cast of dancers, drummers and designers take us on a journey thru this wondrous work infused with deep intelligence and humor. A show not to be missed!
