Funky Dance Workout Series

This is the last week of our 5 week series. Unfortunately, Newcomers cannot join us for the ongoing session, but if you are curious, feel free to come down to Rhythm, have a drink and watch. If you like it: join us for the next series! This 5 week series is for all of you who want to get a little funky on the dance floor, get a workout and just have fun! We'll dance to popular contemporary music. Cool short choreographies will get you going. You will get more awareness of your body, feel more comfortable dancing free-style and maybe even loose some weight. And most important of all: you'll have a blast!!! See you at Rhythm!
