Today's focus will be on really pumping our muscles to their limit. We will target on the whole body so we can REALLY maximize our time and energy!! Bring your body weight and your speed! We will meet at North Hollywood Park at 6:50am, and will start our warm up lap shortly after. Please bring: -At least 24 ounces of drinking water -A bath towel (for ground exercises) -Running shoes & exercise clothes -Your sense of humor :)
