We are more than our physical body and our mind. We are a complex system of energy with the chakras being the main transformer stations. Our chakras are programed from our life experiences and these programs affect what we attract into our life and how we respond. In this class you will be introduced to the 7 main chakras and we'll talk about the physical and psychological issues related to each. We'll also be doing some experiential exercises to get you in touch with your energy system.
Cathy Stander is an Energy Healing Therapist and a Licensed Massage Therapist with 15 years of experience. She became interested in energy medicine through her own healing crisis with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Cathy is a graduate of Lionheart Institute of Transpersonal Energy Healing in the 480 hour Energy Healing Therapist program. Now a member of the faculty at Lionheart Institute and the Student Relations Liaison, Cathy also has a private practice in Studio City and is available for home visits.
