Well here we are at the beginning of a new decade. And everyone knows this decade is going to be the turning point where everyone restructures, reforms, reduces, recycles, and realizes everything important. The FIRST thing we all must do is RE-EVALUATE. We all need to know just where we are and what we're made of RIGHT NOW. Shape Shifting Camp is here to help you achieve your RESOLUTIONS for the New Year and the New Decade. Whatever they may be. We will begin by determining what your starting point is. This day will be dedicated to assessing our fitness, then writing down our goals and creating an action plan. We will then send you a spreadsheet with your results, and work hard with you to achieve all of your goals. SOME THINGS WE WILL BE TESTING: -Body fat -Metabolic Age -Base Metabolic Rate -Body Measurements -Timed Lap -Push-ups -Sit-Ups -Timed Sprint HOW TO PREP: -Get a full nights sleep -Have clean feet (no lotion) for the scale portion of the testing -Arrive on an empty stomach (no water or food... But bring a banana, juice, bar, or something light to eat right after the weigh-in if you like to eat before you exercise) -Wear light clothing so the body composition machine can make an accurate reading. -Suggestion: Try to come to at least ONE of the shape shifting classes before today to not shock your body (if you haven't worked out in a while) WHAT TO BRING: -At least 24 ounces of drinking water -Light breakfast to eat after weight in -A bath towel (for ground exercises) -Running shoes & exercise clothes -Your enthusiasm :)
