Join us at WEBS for the US launch party for Crochet Me: Designs to Fuel the Crochet Revolution. Author Kim Werker will be signing books and demystifying crochet techniques in an engaging talk about the creative possibilities of crochet: think drape, drape, drape, shaping in garments, and hook size + yarn + stitch! You won’t think about crochet in the same way again. This talk is interactive, so bring your hook and yarn—you won’t want to miss out on the fun. Howdy. I'm the editor of Interweave Crochet and the founder and creative director of CrochetMe.com. In the fall of 2007 I'll be hitting the road to promote my new book, Crochet Me, and to generally chat crochet with all who want to join in. Want to join in? A wee bit more about me: I coauthored Teach Yourself Visually Crocheting (Wiley, 2006) with Cecily Keim; it's a comprehensive, full-colour-photograph illustrated, step-by-step manual of crochet.
