First Time Homebuyer Workshop
WHEN: Thursdays, June 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th -- 6 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Get the facts from the following professionals: legal, banking, real estate, insurance, inspection and more! This 4-part workshop series helps you shop as an informed consumer. Income eligible borrowers will also be able to use their Certificates of Achievement to apply for special first time homebuyer loans such as Soft Second mortgages and MassHousing products.
Attendance at all 4 classes is required. The cost is $50 per household for all 4 sessions. Space is limited and registration is required.
