TCC's 9th Annual Literary Festival at Tcc Roper Performing Arts Center
Four dynamic American poets who have helped shape the literary landscape of the nation will highlight Tidewater Community College’s ninth annual Literary Festival.
The free, public festival launches with Kay Ryan, U.S. Poet Laureate, as the keynote speaker at 7 p.m. on opening night, April 5, in the TCC Roper Performing Arts Center in downtown Norfolk.
The other poets who will speak are Pulitzer-winning Charles Wright, slam-poetry pioneer Taylor Mali, and the always amazing Nikki Giovanni.
