Orchids are the new poinsettia for holiday decorating and gift-giving. Readily available even in the supermarket, these month-long bloomers provide an elegant natural feature to any décor. Steve Urick, Greenhouse Conservator and Curator of the Kaplan Orchid Conservatory at Old Dominion University, will share tips on selection and secrets on care to ensure your orchids will thrive for years to come. (.2 CEU credit hours)
