Millions of lights and hundreds of events will entertain visitors in Central and Tidewater Virginia this holiday season during "100 Miles of Lights." An American Bus Association Top 100 Event, "100 Miles of Lights" features holiday activities from Thanksgiving to New Year's Day in Norfolk and six other cities: Richmond, Williamsburg, Newport News, Hampton, Portsmouth and Virginia Beach. In Norfolk, experience the brilliance of the holiday season illuminated by 500,000 twinkling lights along a 2.5-mile drive in Garden of Lights or the special events and programs of Holidays in the City, including the lighted skylines of downtown Norfolk and Portsmouth. Holiday productions of A Christmas Carol and The Nutcracker round out the festivities.
