Shortly after releasing their first track, Feast, Mantis began gaining speed and notoriety in Atlanta and surrounding areas. After only a few months of producing, they were releasing original tracks on Play Me, Heavy Artillery, and BroTown Records while making a name for themselves outside of Georgia and even the country. Mantis very first EP, All Worlds, hit number #10 on Beatport dubstep releases in the first couple days, setting a standard for their future releases. Since then, Mantis tunes have been receiving support from the likes of Liquid Stranger, Downlink, Figure, Cyberoptics, Diesel, Genetix, Persist, and many more. Known for throwing down a live show with unmatched energy and aggression and only the heaviest of the heaviest bass music, Mantis has begun building a reputation for being some of the dirtiest new producers in the scene. TRENCH Household Management http://soundcloud.com/trench http://www.facebook.com/KiNGTRENCH There is a reason youve seen his name next to literally everyone who is anyone in bass music that has come through Atlanta in the past 5 years; Nero, Z-Trip, Doctor P, Flux Pavilion, Noisia, Pendulum, Andy C, Chase Status, Sub Focus, Excision, Dj Fresh, 12th Planet, Adam F, Reso, AK1200... the list goes on. It also happens to be the same reason that he has played from Calgary to Miami, and everywhere in between. The reason? Trench is an absolute monster. The ability to bounce seamlessly between Dubstep, Drum Bass, Electro, Hood Rap, and everything in between paired with a nasty habit of going through fifty songs in an hour on three turntables has given him the reputation of being Atlantas international ambassador when it comes to crushing a party. The former engineer to T.I.s Grand Hustle label has kept a literal vault of original material close to the chest only to be teased to the masses at his shows, but 2012 looks to be the beginning of something very, very big. Are you ready? Welcome to the Trench. SORTED http://www.facebook.com/djsortedatl Jamie Andersen aka Sorted aka Luke Skywalker has been rocking Atlanta dancefloor's for half a decade. Heavily influenced at a young age by nights spent in the notorious London clubs fabric, The Cantina from Star Wars, and The End. Sorted came back to the states eager to spread Europe's sounds and The Force to the masses. Bursting on the Atlanta scene with his light saber in 2005, Sorted quickly joined the 404audio.com crew becoming one of the cities premier Drum and Bass DJ's. Cutting his teeth at the now infamous Transit club nights, Sorted learned the importance of building a vibe, while keeping dancefloor sensibility. After building a name in Atlanta's underground, Sorted quickly found the need to branch into other genre's. Beyond Drum and Bass you can find him playing a mix of House and Indie Dance and Dubstep in clubs throughout the city. For promotional mixes, club dates, and other information visit: www.djsorted.com SQUIRMY http://facebook.com/dgade http://soundcloud.com/dgade/ One of the Nucking Futz Residents, Squirmy is waiting in anticipation to melt your face. Mini me, as I call him because of his hustle, and his ability to mix pretty goodz. Still trying to figure out how he got his DJ name, because I've stood next to him a few times and he doesn't seem to really squirm around at all. Oh well, all I know is last time I saw him play I was impressed, and you will be too (assuming you can see him above the table) I KID I KID! Hosts: ARMANNI REIGN KAKAROT ARION LEE Age 18 and up.
