Swim Event

Hi all! We have a fun event planned for the labs. We are going to go swimming at the Northern Va Animal Swim Center. They specialize in rehabilitation and conditioning of dogs and horses using swimming and hydrotherapy.They also have 40 acres of woods, grassland and creeks (they back on to Goose creek) that owners can take their dogs to if they want to walk and have a run. We have made a few changes from our first swim event. We feel that it would work better with less dogs at each session. Our swim event will be on November 14th. We will have one or two sessions depending how many people can come. If we have 2 sessions they will be from 1-2pm and 2-3pm. I will let you know as we get closer to the date. The fee for the event is: 1 Dog = $10.59 ($10.00 + 0.59 for the PayPal fee) 2 Dogs = $20.88 ($20.00 + 0.88 for the PayPal fee) 3 Dogs = $31.17 ($30.00 + 1.17 for the PayPal fee) These fees include any training and assistance by Roger or NVASC staff to get the dogs familiar with the pool or teach to swim.We will be collecting the money for this event through paypal. When you send payment PLEASE include in the optional Comment your Meetup ID, your dog(s)' name(s) so I know who the payment is from. Once you have paid your spot is guaranteed. Note that the deadline for payment is November 1 in order to be fair to everyone. (Emails will go out several times to remind you.) If you don't pay by the payment deadline your RSVP will be changed to "No", and we will look to add someone to the Event from the Waiting List. So in order to guarantee your spot make sure to make payment! :) In your response please include the name of your dog and please since we have a limit only respond for number of dogs.
