Salsa lessons will be taught by Todd Chen, whose foray into the salsa world began with one bad date. He was invited to a salsa club by his date, but ended up watching from the sides as other dancers skillfully turned and maneuvered his date across the dance floor. Though Todd had 6 years experience performing, teaching, and choreographing hip hop, salsa was unfamiliar territory for him. This incident led to his decision to take classes with the legendary Eddie Torres, who is accredited with inventing and popularizing dancing salsa On2.
