Don't you want to let go? This is a new season, our bodies are beginning to shut down, gearing up for winter and what is ancestrally a time of hibernation. But you have work to do...so what do you do? How do you keep energized, keep your life moving and growing? SoulSWEET Sanctuary is a safe, loving space to relax into your self and learn techniques to keep you at your optimum.
