From fresh easy drinking Pilsner to Sour Cherry Lambic their beers are interesting and unique. They recently have partnered with Stone Barns at Blue Hill to create seasonal beers using the freshest of quality ingredients. A special small plate pairing will be created to complement each beer.

As we head out into the crisp, fall New York harbor, sit back and and relax in our comfy, cozy & chic glassed-in observatory, while our host introduces you to 5 different brews from their specialty craft local brewery. Justin Phillips of Beer Table, Coney Island Craft Brews and Kelso of Brooklyn are 3 planned hosts, just to name a few.

Learn about how their special flavors are created and what foods pair appropriately with each. All brews will be paired with specially-designed hors d' oeuvres prepared by our on-board gourmet-trained chef. This cruise is sure to arouse your taste buds and to get you into the fall holiday spirit!
