Analytic vs. Continental philosophy: which do you prefer?

All, Our next topic will be "Analytic vs. Continental philosophy: which do you prefer?", in which we will discover the differences between two very different ways of doing philosophy. Please, keep in mind that a positive rsvp is mandatory for participation, because we will be making dinner reservations (this also implies that you are expected to, in fact, have dinner, after all this is a restaurant!). The place has decent food and the price is right, so please bring enough change for your portion of the bill and join us! Should you find the rsvp for this event already full, please rsvp 'no' but add a note to the effect that you want to be on a waiting list. I will move you to any slot that should open up at the last minute, largely the order in which you rsvp'ed (preference is given to people who have not attended meetings before). Also please notice our policy on registration fees: since the restaurant is hosting us in the hope of doing business with us, we have to give incentives to people who rsvp to actually show up. In case you change your mind about attending the meeting, the registration fee will be refunded to you *if* you updated your rsvp at least 24 hours before the meeting, in order to allow others to take your place.
