Toy dogs only socialize chihuaua, poodles all small dogs Meetup

Centeral Park, meetup I keep trying everyone says they love their small dogs and need help with them not being attacked by bigger dogs.....but nobody actually cares. It seems everyone joines nobody RSVPS and nobody helps support the group, If you cant make it because laundry, hair being done, your garbage needs to go out, your Aunt Polly just came in why bother making time for your little dog? It can become a crazed barking biting nut without proper socialization or a timid scared barking dog...its up to you.
