The time has Finally Come , TeamTrainHard takes on NYC June 25th through June 30th !
The Schdule is as follows:
*Monday Through Friday class will be held at 9am-12pm-630pm
*Saturday will be a 2 hour class starting at 12-2pm
*The fee for unlimited training for 6 days is 150.00 per person there are 3 classes a day Monday through Friday and 2 hours on Saturday, you will need to bring your mind body and soul first! water and gloves...
~You will be inspired by Teamtrainhard whether you've never worked out a day in your life or your a trained athelete you will leave a changed person with a new outlook on Life and fitness! working out and eating right is a choice not a chore and its time you make it a LIFESTYLE~
