EffortlessLee Exotic Cooking Class Series

Chef Nisa Lee is offering a series of exotic cooking lessons at Reflection Studios beginning November 1, 2009. She will introduce simple cooking skills and teach you how to use exotic ingredients from Thailand, India, China, Morroco, South Pacific, Caribbean, Brazil, Argentina, and various other regions from around the world.

In her first series, Cooking Thai, chef Nisa is going back to her roots. She will share her cooking secrets and demonstrate effortless ways to make traditional vegetarian favorites like Spring Rolls, Pad Thai, Red and Panang Curries, Soups and so much more. She will enlighten you with the bold, rich, and fresh thai flavors that we all know and love, provide you with simple cooking tips, suggest basic pantry items and show you everything you need to know to create these dishes right in your own kitchen.
