(Pre-Registration Is Required).This course will provide students with the necessary tools and techniques to meet all of the requirements of a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Students will learn to:· Organize complex issues· Define projects against a project metric· Gather data relative to the project metric· Analyze the date· Identify improvement tasksStudents will be required to complete a case student as a requirement for certification.
