Description
relaxing fitness class to introduce tai chi and chi kung. Held at The Chinese Connection Kung Fu School, first class is free. To continue, purchase a walk-in pass, a 4 class pass for $25 (mention you are a meetup member for the disocunt), or a monthly unlimited Fitness pass. Please dress modestly in long dark pants, a black t-shirt, and indoor house slippers. THis is a follow along class to practice the t'ai chi ch'uan movement vocabulary of the chi kung (long) form.
