Do not look to a Saint or Ascended Master as someone better than you. We are all equal;different, but equal. When you put someone or something above you, you have (unintentionally) reduced your capacity by making yourSelf insignificant as compared to another. You diminish your own ability. Law of Attraction and Magnification Our minds are powerful entities. What we "think" truly becomes what "is" in our reality, but we need all the pieces of the puzzle of "awareness" to create the harmony of mind, body, and Spirit that we desire. I believe that the largest puzzle pieces come from the habitual way we think. Choosing spiritual awareness is a way of life. It is not something we can practice an hour or two each day and expect major changes. We change our awareness as we change the way we perceive life and the way we react to it. It is a learned behavior, a way of life, and achieved differently in each individual. Helping you to choose and live within your own awareness is my goal. Thoughts are a powerful tool in the journey toward one-ness. Negative thoughts, self-doubt, excessive (and usually needless) worry, and depression can destroy your health and your attitudes. I can teach you to release negative thoughts.
