Practice drills, and play games of free running. We are safe and encouraging. Beginners are welcome. We start off indoors shoes off. We warm up, practice some drills, and review how to play the games. You go at your own pace and level. Bring Water! Dress smartly: Indoors, long athletic pants, t-shirt, bra/cup, knee pads optional Then we go outside and practice. Outdoors: longathletic pants, long sleeve athletic shirt, pads optional, awesome athletic shoes with amazing shock absorbsion and grip.
On the MySpace bulletin board page click "Post Bulletin".
Paste code into the Body section and add a Subject to your bulletin.
Then click "Post" and you will be brought to the confirmation page.
Click "Post Bulletin" on the confirmation page and you're done!
