Description
five class parkour fitness pass is only $25. Also, One free week of fitness classes with the purchase of a school t-shirt, $18. This class dress code requires that you wear long sweat pants and the school t-shirt. Drills for plyometrics, falling-recovering, landing off mini-trampoline. Acrobatics for fall and recovery training. Fundamental skills and drills to learn and/or maintain proper and safe techniques required for parkour. This class is open to all levels, and is a perfect start for beginners. Coming in January, classes at the NN City Gymnastics Gym on Fridays!
