Come experience a brand new food and wine pairing tasting on the evening of November 12th at Brasserie Pascal in Fashion Island, Newport Beach. Brasserie Pascal is French Chef Pascal Olhats latest venture. The Fashion Island restaurant serves classic French cuisine. What will be offered: 4 French wines : 1 white, 1 rosé, 2 reds 4 appetizers: each wine will be paired with an appetizer created by Chef Pascal Pascal and I will guide you through the tasting, giving you wine tips about French wines, French cuisine, food and wine pairing...
