Description
We switch off between 3 minutes intense cardio and 3 minutes of strengh drills. We go back and forth between cardio and strength for one hour. Our workout is set to music and we use the full terrain of Bonita Canyon Sports Park, so that you never get bored! Please bring hand weights, a towel or mat and water. This Day will be focused on arms and upper body.
On the MySpace bulletin board page click "Post Bulletin".
Paste code into the Body section and add a Subject to your bulletin.
