The Southgate House is a 4-story historic mansion and live music venue, rumored to be haunted. The Ballroom is located at the furthest end of the building. Junies Lounge is located on the 1st floor to the left past the main entrance. The Parlour is located on the 2nd floor up the steps past the main entrance.
