Judicial Reform Meeting for the 19th Judicial Circuit at Festival Park on the Levee

Our Mission is to ensure that every citizen is treated fairly in our courts, that judges are held accountable for judicial misconduct, violations, unethical behavior, incompetent decisions, bias, cronyism, predisposition, impropriety, impartiality, etc. We believe that judges should be held accountable and this must be enforced in order for our courts of justice to remain fair and impartial throughout our state.

We are here to “Enforce” not to “Inquire.”

Currently the state of Alabama is funding the Judicial Inquiry Commission (through the taxpayers) who is made up of judicial bodies; lawyers, judges, court staff, friends, etc. They only inquire about judicial complaints that are made to their office about Alabama judges. The JIC does NOT enforce judicial accountability in Alabama.

Don't wait until the system fails you before you decide to get involved...the time is NOW.
