      Maintaining Wellness Tai Chi

      There are many aspects to Tai Chi. Tai Chi involves body and mind relaxation exercises, slow meditative routines, balance, control of energy flow and Qi Gong, all in an effort to improve health and martial art skills. Jing Shuai’s teaching principle is based on helping students to learn and benefit from practicing Tai Chi in a relaxed, safe and friendly environment. Everyone welcome. Contact Jing to register.
