Do we have a treat to start out the new year! The Inn On Bourbon is continuing it's Opera Returns to Bourbon Street series with a jam-packed schedule of FREE opera performances. Come celebrate with food, special opera-themed cocktails and fun at The IOB's Puccini Bar. In October 2007, the Big Easy partnered with the Big Apple, making New Orleans the first official "Opera on Tap" franchise. Eight times each season, the New Orleans Opera presents the finest young, local and regional singers in casual, 90-minute concerts of opera, Broadway and more. So give it a chance....it's a free event and what do you have to lose? The first Wednesday of every month NOSHA organizes a happy hour gathering so everyone can have a chance to meet informally and get to know each other better. We non-conformists must stick together!
