AARP Health Innovation@50+ LivePitch, taking place Friday, September 21 at the New Orleans Convention Center, features the most exciting startup companies in the health technology and innovation sector that serve the needs and wants of Americans 50 and older.

Taking place during the 2012 Life@50+ AARP National Event & Expo in New Orleans, which is attended by 20,000+ members and guests from across the U.S. and the globe, Health Innovation@50+ LivePitch will offer the venture capital and angel investor communities and the media the opportunity to connect with outstanding startups in the field of health technology and innovation.

 

Applying to Pitch

Qualified companies are invited to be Apply to Pitch their products and/or services to a live audience, including to venture capitalist and angel investment representatives, industry experts, and panel of seasoned judges. Unique to this event, companies also will have the opportunity to pitch and receive real-time feedback from the marketplace – AARP members in the audience who reflect potential end-users and customers. After the pitches, demos and questions from the judges, a grand prize winner will be selected at the end of the day.
