This is at an event hall right around the corner from where the Halloween party was held. The event runs from 8:00pm to 1:00am. But a new wrinkle, We're having a Cancer Benefit Bachelor Auction at 10 PM. All food an beverages and Everything else will be supplied by "Amazing Singles." Space will be limited as we can only accommodate 190 people for this event. Sorry. At present we've opened 150 slots to allow other groups to join us and we'll adjust that number as RSVPs come in. Many groups will be joining us so sign up early. You must pay with your RSVP. It's first come first served. Anyone else local in the area who can provide overnight more accommodations in their homes for members so they don't have to spend money on a hotel in these tough times would be appreciated. If you are able to do this, PLEASE POST IT IN THE COMMENTS SECTION. We have done everything we can to keep the cost low considering the cost of a hall on New Years Eve, food, band, other music, tables and chairs, decorations, alcohol, insurance, bartenders, set up and clean up labor and all the little things that many people forget costs money and make an event like this run smoothly and be enjoyable. If you are in a financial position to pay more than the price posted, we have some members who have suffered with this economy and we will be happy to help you sponsor them anonymously in full or partially. We are all member friends enjoying friends and if possible, we'd like to make sure that as many who want to attend can attend regardless of their financial situation. Your members can join so they can RSVP with paypal and then remove themselves from our sites after New Years it they wish. An RSVP on your site does not guarantee them a spot unless they have paid on one of our sites or arranged alternate payment methods We will be accepting checks by mail but those wishing to do so, should do it as soon as possible to make sure they do get on the guest list. You will not be guaranteed a spot until we have the check/cash in hand so keep in mind that the RSVPs can still close while we are waiting on your payment.
